We would like B.B.C. to be a pleasant experience for all, so that we will be anxious to return. However, there are a few guidelines that need to be mentioned.:

If you fail to attend more than two meetings in succession without some type of notification to one of the three primary contacts (via email or telephone) the members have the option of replacing that person - unless there are extenuating circumstances.

The first meeting of each quarter will be a member-commitment meeting . All members should make these meetings a priority over other commitments.

It is preferred that a new member be a direct referal from an existing member and should be sponsored only if the referrer has used the services of that person and they do a good job.

There will be only one profession represented unless the original member is in agreement and the additional member is offering an alternate service for that profession. We request that you call or email one of the primary contacts before invitingt a prospective member.

Application for a new member (bio sheet) will be reviewed and approved providing no objection or conflict exists with an existing member. After review, the new member will receive a confirming email for membership.

There is a $5.00 charge for the breakfast and room. You are responsible for this charge whether you are in attendance or not. This can be paid by cash or check and can be paid in advance. Receipts are available.
